Marcella grew up in Whatcom County and is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in criminal justice. Currently, Marcella has more than 18 years of experience within the independently owned escrow companies as well as corporate owned escrow/title companies in Whatcom County. Marcella's background includes management abilities in operations, finance and accounting, budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, administration, recruiting and staff development. Marcella has extensive experience in:

• the Applications and/or Eliminations of Mobile Home Titles and other personal property transfers.
• complete understandings of Foreign Investment In Real Property Act with a large percentage of Canadian Sellers/Buyers as past clients.
• owned and operated independent escrow company with full escrow services including a Canadian dollar trust accounts.
• troubleshooting and problem resolution skills resulting in reduced costs and increased profits
